AeroLink for Microsoft Dynamics GP

AeroLink, the interface between Corridor and Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), allows users to synchronize information shared by both systems, eliminating the need to re-enter data. The features of AeroLink include:

Master Records

• Sales invoices and credit memos originate in Corridor and are imported into Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Sales information flows through Accounts Receivables and to the General Ledger
• Payable invoices and credit memos are also imported into Accounts Payable
• This information flows through Accounts Payable and to the General Ledger

Receivables and Payables

• Sales invoices and credit memos originate in Corridor and are imported into Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Sales information flows through Accounts Receivables and to the General Ledger
• Payable invoices and credit memos are also imported into Microsoft Dynamics GP in Accounts Payable
• This information flows through Accounts Payable and to the General Ledger

General Ledger

• Work-in-process detail and inventory adjustments are imported into Microsoft Dynamics GP, providing timely and accurate financial information

Processing

• The AeroLink import can be scheduled to run as an automatic process or run manually
• As data is imported, it is verified and errors are tracked in an error log file
