Solution

InterDyn BMI has built an integration in Dynamics GP that runs a service in the background leveraging SQL Server Integration Services. This service interrogates a target folder waiting for new content. New content is manually saved to the folder anytime a new product or revision is released. The file content is in a pre-configured format (.txt). Once new information is detected, GP automatically validates and maps the data into a structured BOM in the manufacturing module.
